The Hope Lutheran Community Church, Geraldton is part of the Lutheran Western Australian District of the Lutheran Church of Australia. In 2011 the congregation had to leave the Old Presbyterian Church building in Lester Avenue, after twelve years of worshiping at that location. It moved to its present location and shared the old St Patrick's Catholic Church, a former school building, which was now used as a Catholic Mass centre. It is not clear if the property is still used as a Mass centre, but the building is still being used by the Hope Lutheran congregation for worship.
