The St Andrew's Anglican Church, Esperance is in the Parish of Esperance and the Diocese of Perth. The present church building was competed in 1964, with new additions just completed. It was built as a memorial to those who served in the two world wars and local pioneers. It replaced an earlier church building which was completed in 1896, and dedicated in February 1897. The church celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2016. The first Anglican service was conducted by the Rev Alfred Burton on 9/2/1896, three days after he arrived by ship.
