The Sr George's Anglican Church, Carnarvon is in the Parish of Carnarvon and the Diocese of North West Australia. The present church was opened on 13/10/1907 and consecrated on 20/10/1907 by Bishop Goldsmith of Bunbury. It replaced an earlier building erected in 1894. A belfry blown down in a cyclone in 1960 has not been rebuilt. The earliest Anglican ministry in the district was conducted by the Rev John Gribble in 1885/6.
