The Broome Baptist Church is a member of Baptist Churches Western Australia (BCWA). "In 1990, the Derby Baptist Church commenced holding meetings in Broome. From 1991-1996, Graham and Lyn Hendry became the first resident pastors of this group and so began a permanent ministry that was built on pastoral care.
