The Anglican Church of Christ the Worker, Underbool is part of the Central Mallee Co-operative Parish (Anglican & Uniting) and the Diocese of Bendigo. The Underbool Uniting Church congregation (see separate entry - 3509) joined as part of the Co-operative Parish about 2014.
