The Footscray Church of Christ was established in 1878, commencing with a Bible Study in the Mechanics Institute in Footscray. Today it also partners with the Melbourne Indigenous Church. A number of other organisations also use the building, including the Citigate Church (see separate entry - 3011) and the Macedonian Seventh-day Adventist Church.
