Comments

The former Tongala Uniting Church held its final service on 24/4/2022, conducted by the Rev Brian Morgan. The property is now listed for sale. The church was previously in the Presbytery of North Eastern Victoria, and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria & Tasmania. The original church building (now the church hall) was erected in 1921 for the Methodist Church, and the present building in 1958. Christian worship has been observed on this site for over 100 years. The church was closed due to the decline in the congregation, and its inability to maintain the functioning of the church.
