The former Keysborough Uniting Church building is no longer in use due to its poor structural condition.

The first Methodist service held in Keysborough was in 1853, in the home of Mr George Keys. The first church church building was erected in 1861, and is the rear part of the building now used by the Keysborough (Samoan) Uniting congregation - this building was the former Sunday School (see separate entry - 3173). A new church building was erected/opened 1876/77, but no longer in use due to its poor condition, and is now enclosed in security fencing. The church celebrated its centenary in 1953. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 9/6/2021.
