The Port Fairy Uniting Church is part of the Presbytery of Western Victoria and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria & Tasmania. The church building was erected in 1855 for the Wesleyan Methodist Church, which became part of the Methodist Church about 1902, and the Uniting Church in 1977.
