The St Aidan's Anglican Church, Apollo Bay is part of the Parish of The Otways and the Diocese of Ballarat. It functions in conjunction with Christ The King, Carlisle River; St Anselm's, Beech Forest; and St James', Forest. By 1897, Anglican services were being held in the State School or Milford House, and often in collaboration with the Methodists. Tenders for labour to erect the church building were called in 1905. The timber was suppled by John Cawood from his mill, with the brick foundations laid by Mr Billings as a gift. The church building was dedicated by Dr Green, Bishop of Ballarat. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 29/9/2021.
