The St Mark's Anglican Church, Cygnet is part of the Parish of Channel/Cygnet and the Diocese of Tasmania. Fund raising plans for the church building began in 1873, with the building being opened in 1875 and consecrated in 1876. Over the years a number of additions and alterations have ben made to the structure, to meet the needs of the congregation. A cemetery is located next to the church.
