The Wilmot Uniting Church is part of the Presbytery of Tasmania and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria & Tasmania. The church was established in the late 1890s, and  a small church building was erected in 1899. It celebrated its centenary in 1999. The present building was erected and opened in March 1912, when the original one became too small. No other details are known.
