Comments

The former Caltowie Uniting Church closed on 4/5/1980, and the property was demolished. This was the second Wesleyan Methodist Church building erected in Caltowie, replacing an earlier building erected in 1873, which was sold to the Lutheran Church in 1876. The Wesleyan Methodist Church became part of the Methodist Church, at Union, in 1900, and part of the Uniting Church in 1977. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 27/8/2025.
