The St Thomas' Anglican Church, Port Lincoln is part of the Parish of Port Lincoln and the Diocese of Willochra. Early Anglican services were being held in the district by 1840, as recorded in the journal of Edward John Eyre. The first Evensong in the new church building was held on 21/1/1852, conducted by Archdeacon Matthew Hale.  The addition of the Sanctuary and Trancepts was completed about 1876, with memorial windows and the bell added later.
