The former St Mary's Anglican Church, Watervale has closed, and the property has been sold (2025). The church had been part of the Parish of Clare and the Diocese of Willochra. The church building was opened and dedicated on 29/7/1907. Earlier services of worship having been held in a local hall. The bell is from the the Wesleyan Chapel at Leasingham which had been demolished about 1907. No other details are known.
