The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Riverton is part of the Parish of Riverton/Manoora and the Diocese of Adelaide. The establishment of the church at Riverton was associated with the arrival of the The Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) at Sevenhill, and their setting up of a church, college and agricultural activities there, around 1851.
