The former Peterborough Community Christian Church (formerly the Peterborough Uniting Church) has closed, and the property was sold (2019?). The original building was erected for the Wesleyan Methodist Church and opened in August 1880. It became part of the Methodist Church in the early 1900s and then the Uniting Church in 1977.
