The Trinity Anglican Church, Adelaide is part of the Diocese of Adelaide. The church building was opened in August 1838, with addidions/alterations over the years, including a major rebuilt about 1888. It was a founding church in Adelaide, and the Rev Charles Beaumont Howard, the first Colonial Chaplain, was its first rector. The land was provided by Pascoe St Leger Grenfell. It also served as the pro-cathedral until Christ Church was opened in 1849. The church has also been responsibe for starting nine new churches. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 26/1/2022.
