The Booleroo Centre Uniting Church is in the Flinders Parish, and part of the Generate Presbytery of the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. The church began about 1880, with the church building being erected/opened in 1888, for the Bible Christian Church, which became part of the Methodist Church at Union about 1900, and part of the Uniting Church in 1977.
