The former St David's Anglican Church, Oman Ama was closed on 30/7/2005 by Ass Bishop Nolan. The building was then sold and relocated to 330 Preston Boundary Road, Preston for use as a private wedding chapel. The church had been part of the Parish of Texas-Inglewood and the Anglican Church Southern Queensland. The church building was originally opened/dedicated as St David's on 31/7/1905. It closed in 1972, but was reopened on 28/7/1985 and finally closed on 30/7/2005. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
