The AnchorPoint Church, Illawarra (Thirroul) today functions jointly with AnchorPoint Churches at Macarthur and Wollondilly, and are part of C3 Church Global, which had its beginnings in Dee Why in 1980, and has become an international movement of about 600 churches. The church began as the C3 Church Thirroul about 2000. In 2020 plans to combine with C3 Camden and C3 Picton began together with plans to change the church's name to AnchorPoint Church. At this time it also regionalised the names to reflect the areas in which they functioned. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
