The former Seaham Presbyterian Church, worshipped at this site from 1878 to 1966. Tenders were invited for the erection and completion of a weatherboard building for a Presbyterian Church at Seaham in April 1878. The church was opened on October 27 of that year and stood on allotment 9, Section 11 (now 8 Still Street). The church building was destroyed in the 1939 Seaham bushfire, and rebuilt on the same site in 1941. The new Presbyterian Church building was opened on October 11, 1941. It was relocated to Raymond Terrace in 1966 and continued to operate as St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Raymond Terrace until 2017 (see separate entry - 2324 ). More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 23/4/2022.
