After Union, St Andrew's became part of the Turramurra Uniting Church Parish, which consisted of the former St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, St Margaret's Presbyterian Church, and the Turramurra Methodist Church. In 1999 the parish became a single congregation. On 1/1/2006 the St Andrew's Uniting Church, South Turramurra became an independent congregation within the Presbytery of Sydney Central Coast. On 18/4/2009 its timber A-frame church building was destroyed by fire. A new multi-purpose facility was completed in July 2012, and is shared with the Hee Nyeon Korean Congregation.
