The former Spring Hill Catholic Church building was relocated to the Sacred Heart Infant School in Orange. There was no Catholic Church in the Spring Hill district until after WWII. With the closure of the Catholic Church at Cadia, the building was dismantled and transported to Spring Hill. A site opposite the railway station was purchased and the building re-erected there. In the late 1960s the building was relocated to the Infant School in Orange. No other details are known.
