St Ann's Presbyterian Church, Paterson.

The first full time resident minister in the Paterson district was the Rev William Ross, a Presbyterian, who arrived in 1838. He was one of only two Gaelic speaking ministers in the colony at that time. Plans for the first church began on 16/8/1839, and the church was formally opened on 27/8/1842, by the Rev Ross. It was deconsecrated about 2009 and the property sold. [Sourced from: http://www.patersonriver.com.au/places/stanns.htm]. When it was built it was said to be the first Presbyterian Church in mainland Australia? More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 22/9/2017 & 27/9/2020 & 10/6/2021.
