The former Scots Uniting Church has closed, and the property has been sold (2013). The church had been part of the Presbytery of Riverina and the Uniting Church Synod of NSW & ACT. The former church building was opened in 1969 for the Presbyterian Church, and became part of the Uniting Church in 1977. It was erected on the site of the first church built in Rand, which was opened as a Union Church in November 1926. It was erected on land donated by Mr Clough, the President of the Union Church Committee. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited.
