This building was erected in memory of the men who died in the 1902 mine disaster. It was named the Soldiers & Miners Memorial Anglican Church, and is sited in front of a cemetery where 32 miners of the 96 killed in the 1902 Mt Kembla Colliery Disaster, lie buried. The cemetery was consecrated about 1860. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 12/4/2021.
