Comments
The first Archangel Michael & St Bishoy Coptic Orthodox Church, Mount Druitt was set up on 1/6/1980, and the services began. This temporary building was unfortunately burnt down by vandals in 1982. Effort to build the first Coptic Orthodox Church outside of Egypt in the Coptic architectural style were now given full effect, and the church was opened on 13/9/1987. It was later consecrated on 26/11/1989 by Pope Shenouda. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 9/11/2020.
