The St Margaret's Anglican Church, Glenelg was a 'gift from Mr Bert Priddle who purchased the building from the village of Wyangala before the construction of the dam. It was a Roman Catholic Church and Mr Priddle had the building moved in two parts and re-erected at the present site...It was licensed for public worship on 17th November 1935 and consecrated by Bishop Wylde on 19th August 1953' 1 No other details are known.
