Until 1952 Mass had not been regularly celebrated in the Horsley Park district. This changed in July 1952, when a visiting priest celebrated Mass on a fortnightly basis, soon changed to weekly by Fr Morrow. About 1960 land was donated by Tony and Paula Cini for a church building to be erected. The first building of Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church, was blessed and opened by Cardinal Gilroy, Archbishop of Sydney on 26/11/1961.
