The former St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Delegate is now closed, and the property was sold about 2009. The church building was opened in October 1878. Mr Alexander McKeachnie was a lay preacher in the early years, before the appointment of the first minister, the Rev William Gardiner. The shingle roof was replaced in 1912 with an iron roof, together with many other improvements over the years to meet the needs of the congregation. The church held its final service on 11/3/2001. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 18/6/2022.
