The former St Peter's Anglican Church, Curlewis closed many years ago, and the property was sold. The church building was opened about 1906, and the church had been part of the Armidale Diocese. The Curlewis Anglican congregation joined with the Curlewis Uniting congregation about 1992 to form the Curlewis Community Church (see separate entry - Curlewis Community Church - 2381).
