The St Kevin's Catholic Church, Dee Why is part of the Parish of Waringah (with St John's, Narraweena) in the Diocese of Broken Bay. The present church building was opened and blessed on 29/4/1962 by Cardinal Gilroy, and replaced an earlier church building erected in 1923. In April 1965, the parish was given to the Scalabrini Fathers, established in 1887, whose scope was to follow migrants, assisting them spiritually and socially. This has continued, assisting many communities. The church building was refurbished in the early 2020s. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 8/11/2025.
