Presbyterian services began in an Amusement Hall, on the current site, about 1895. The hall and land were purchased in 1898, to become the first church building. Other halls were erected before the present church building, which was opended on 26/4/1930, as the St John's Presbyterian Church. In June 1977 it became part of the Uniting Church. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 5/3/2021.
