Comments

The first Methodist services in the Wentworth district were held prior to 1912, although scant records are known. The first Wentworthville Methodist Church building was an old church building acquired from the Auburn Methodist Church, and re-erected in McKern Street. It was opened on 19/11/1920. It was replaced in 1955, when the present building in Station Street was opened by Mr R G Tupper. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 8/3/2021.
