The St Peter's Presbyterian Church, North Sydney held its early services in a small wooden building, on a site not far from the corner of Blues Point Road and Lavender Street. The first stone building was opened on the present site on 16/9/1866, by the Right Rev Adam Thomson, Moderator. It has been the subject of many additions/alterations/renovations over the years. It is the oldest surviving Presbyterian Church in Sydney. The church buildings are now also used by Korean, Welsh, Chinese and Japanese congregations. More historical information/photographs of the church/congegation(s) are invited. Photographs uploaded 21/11/2020.
