Comments
The first Methodist meetings in Drummoyne were held in 1886, and a church building was opened in 1888, on what is now Victoria Road. The present church building was opened in 1910. The Drummoyne Uniting Church congregation joined with the Five Dock Uniting Church congregation in 1998.
The Drummoyne Uniting Church building is presently used by the Sydney Rotuman Uniting Church congregation, which celebrated its 10th anniversary on 21/5/2006. The Rotuman congregation began worshipping in the Drummoyne church in 1982. A separate entity the Rotuman Fellowship was recognised in 1992 and on 26/5/1996 it became the Drummoyne Rotuman Congregation of the Uniting Church.
