The Yarralumla Uniting Church is part of the Canberra Region Presbytery and the Uniting Church Synod of NSW & ACT. The church officially begun on 8/8/1960, as part of the Methodist Church of Australasia, which became part of the Uniting Church on 22/6/1977. The first church building was a hall, opened on 7/8/1960. The church building was opened on 11/2/1967, by the Rev C K Daws. Building extensions and additional facilities were opened on 21/6/1997.
