The Arawang Anglican Church, Kambah is in the Parish of Arawang and part of the Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn. The developmet of Kamhah began about 1974, and by 1975 Christians were meeting in private homes for fellowship. The first joint congregation of Anglicans, Methodists, Presbyterians, Church of Christ and Congregationalists held their first worship service on Easter Day, the 16/3/1975, in the Mt Neighbour Primary School. The Anglican congregation, from 1977, developed its separate identity and from January 1980, met in the Kambah High School. The growth and needs of the congregation led to the need for a separate worship facility. To this end the foundation stone for St Stephen's was laid on 8/5/19881. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 1/10/2025.
