The former St John's Uniting Church, Giffard West has closed, and the property was sold in June 2018. The church building had originally been erected for the Methodist Church in Clydebank, in the late 1800s. It was relocated to the present site, being donated by the Eppelstun family, in 1960, and formally opened on 31/12/1961.
