The Terang Uniting Church is part of the Presbytery of Western Victoria and the Uniting Church Synod of Victoria & Tasmania. The original church building was erected for the Wesleyan Methodist Church in 1868. It became part of the Methodist Church at Union in 1902 and part of the Uniting Church in 1977.
