Eldorado Uniting Church

The present Eldorado Uniting Church was opened in 1914, on land donated by Mr William Ellis. The first Wesleyan services had been held at the eastern end of the El Dorado valley, using a tree stump as a pulpit. The first church building was of slab and bark, erected about 1868. A 100 year old building from Boorhaman was relocated to the church site and dedicated in 1965 as a Sunday School hall [Sourced from: http://eldorado.org.au/facilities/uniting-church/ ].
