A plaque on the belltower records: This bell - was originally installed - at the C of E Neville - Circa 1846 and relocated - here June 1991.

A plaque records: This garden is dedicated to - The memory of - Elizabeth Davis b.1876  d.1876 - Jessie Davis b.1887  d.1887 - Ruth Davis b.1891  d.1892 - who were buried on this site - 'The kingdom of heaven belongs - to such as these'  Matthew 19:14 - 26~3~2006.

The Spring Hill Uniting(Methodist) Church was opened in September 1874. The land for the chuch building was donated by John and Eleanor Davis, who moved from Kurrajong, NSW, to 'Studleigh' in the early 1860s with their family*. No other details are known.
