The Blackheath Uniting Church, former Methodist Church building, was dedicated on 18/4/1924. It replaced an earlier weatherboard building, relocated to a site nearby in 1909 from Mt Victoria. The first Methodist services in the Blackheath district are believed to have been held about 1882. More historical information/photographs of the church/congregation are invited.
