This former Freshwater Uniting Church is now closed, and the property has been sold. The church was opened on 8/4/1939, and originally called the Mason Memorial Methodist Church, after Mrs Mason who had advocated for a Methodist church in Freshwater, and made a bequest which was the seed funding for the building cost.
