The Tambellup Uniting Church is part of the Katanning Regional Council (which also includes Katanning and Kojonup), the Presbytery of Western Australia and the Uniting Church Synod of Western Australia. The present church building was erected in 1960, next door to the original Methodist Church building erected in 1905. The Sunday School continued to to be held in the old building until about 1975.
