The Port Vincent Uniting Church is part of the Generate Presbytery and the Uniting Church Synod of South Australia. The present church building was opened for the Methodist Church on 18/7/1909, by the Rev J Lee, and became part of the Uniting Church in 1977. The school room was opened on 3/11/1935, the porch was added in memory of Mr J Harris, a founder, in 1938, and the hall was erected in 1960.
