The Kojonup Uniting Church is part of the Presbytery of Western Australia and the Uniting Church Synod of Western Australia. The present church building was erected in 1970 for the Methodist church, and replaced an earlier 1924 weatherboard structure. It became part of the Uniting Church in 1977.
