The Presbyterian Church of Eastern Australia [PCEA] is distinct from the Presbyterian Church of Australia. It was established in Australia on 10/10/1846 and is the oldest Presbyterian denomination in Australia. This congregation arose from work begun in June 1967 in the now demolished Canberra Hotel in Brisbane. The former Kalinga Presbyterian Church and Hall was purchased in 1983, and is now a self-supporting congregation with its own minister. More historical information/photographs of the Wooloowin church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 5/5/2017.
