The former Coila Presbyterian Church is now closed, and the property is now listed for sale. The church had been part of the Presbytery of Canberra in the Presbyterian Church in the State of NSW. An area of land had been set aside for a 'Presbyterian Church and Manse on 8/11/1872. However, in 1899 permission was sought and granted for the Church to sell or exchange this grant for a more suitable site. Hence the present church built about 1904 is on its current site.'1 The church was associated with the Moruya Presbyterian Church, and was referred to at its Annual General Meeting on 6/2/1889. No other details are known. More historical information/photographs of the former church/congregation are invited. Photographs uploaded 16/6/2022 & 4/9/2026.
